WG Zimmer mit knapp 16qm in einer Maisonette Wohnung in Berglen Erlenhof zu vermieten.
Ausziehbett und Tisch zum Arbeiten ist vorhanden. Zimmer kann individuell genutzt werden (wahlweise auch mit eigenen Möbeln bei längerer Anmietung)
Das Zimmer ist in der ersten Etage. Auf der Etage ist noch das Wohnzimmer
ein eigenes Bad und WC, sowie Küche und Balkon. In der zweiten Etage habe ich zwei Zimmer und ein separates Bad. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon auf die umliegende Landschaft.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Bus fährt 10min zum Bahnhof Winnenden oder Richtung Schorndorf.
Netto ist mit dem Fahrrad 10 min entfernt. Die Haltestelle ist ca 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Ein Italiener sowie das Schützenhaus sind ebenfalls jeweils nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Nachbargrundstück ist eine Streuobstwiese.
Die Wohnung wird derzeit von mir allein bewohnt. Ich bin an den Wochenenden oft nicht da und tagsüber bin ich arbeiten. Es ist also sehr ruhig und entspannt. Für Gespräche oder ein Feierabendbier bin ich offen.
Einfach gerne melden - das Zimmer freut sich auf neue Bewohner.
Wohnzimmer und Küche können selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden.
WC und Bad gibt es auf beiden Etagen - daher ist man völlig unabhängig. Waschmaschine, Netflix, Disney+ und Spotify ist auch vorhanden ;)
