Mein Zimmer, welches ich gerne untervermieten möchte bekommt viel Sonnenlicht ab (wichtig im Winter), da wir ganz oben Wohnen. Die 14 Quadratmeter sind grade groß genug um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen.
My room, which I would like to sublet gets lots of sunlight, which is quite important in this time of the year. And the 14 square meter are just enough to feel really comfortable.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: 1 min Fußweg zu S+ U Neukölln, also Ring S41, S42, S46, S47, U7 und ca. 8 min Fußweg zur U & S Hermanstraße und damit auch zur U8.
Ansonsten sind auch Kaufland, Denns, Rossmann, etc. nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Kranoldplatz ist auch direkt ums Eck - Samstags ist dort Wochenmarkt.
Very good connected: 1 min by foot to S+U Neukölln Ring S41, S42, S46, S47, U7 and around 8 min zu S + U Hermanstraße so also U8.
Also close to all the essential shopping facilities: Kaufland, Denns, Rossman and Kranoldplatz, where there is a cute market every saturday.
In der WG wohnen zurzeit Meltem, Felix, Yoni und ich. Uns allen ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig und gerne sitzen wir auch mal zusammen beim Essen, Wein trinken oder Nüsse knacken in der Küche. Bad und Küche werden in Rotation geputzt. Es wird auch gemeinsam und getrennt gelegenheitsgeraucht aber ohne, dass die Wohnung nach Rauch riecht.
Meltem, Felix, Yoni and I are currently living in the flat share. Harmonious coexistence is important to all of us and we like to sit together to eat, drink wine or crack nuts in the kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen are cleaned in rotation. We also smoke occacionally, without getting the Apartment stinky.
