I'm subletting my spacious, fully furnished room with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor (Altbau). Big DIY walk in closet with plenty of hangers at your disposal. The luxurious bed is 180cm wide and brand new. I recently installed blackout blinds which allow you to perfectly manage how much or how little light you'd like to let in.
The large work station / desk is well lit and has plenty of power sockets right next to it.
Located in the beautiful Kunger-Kiez, our apartment is pleasantly quiet, although various clubs are in 5-10 minutes walking distance (CDV, Else, etc.), but also parks (Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park), 3 supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and Spätis, as well as flower shops, a bookstore, a local library, a bicycle shop, etc.
The windows of the apartment face the second backyard, which means that neither street noise nor garbage disposal can be heard.
Various bus lines are in 4 minutes walking distance, S-Bahn and Ringbahn in 10 minutes and U-Bahn in 14 minutes.
You'll be sharing the flat with Johanna who works full-time and follows a vegan diet. You can determine how much or how little you'd like to engage in communal activities during your stay. We're usually busy with our own schedules and only sometimes share a meal.
You'll have your private fridge and don't need to match Johanna's dietary preferences.
You can look forward to living in a clean flat thanks to a highly efficient yet simple cleaning schedule. we alternate weekly.
It helps if you have a similar rhythm and work during the day in order to keep the nights peaceful for everyone. No music past 9pm, no parties.
