The apartment is located in the central Kunger-Kiez, a very pleasant and culturally active neighborhood, in close proximity to Neukölln and Kreuzberg. A wide range of culinary delights and small stores are within walking distance.

Ich selber bin auf Reisen und werde folglich nicht in der Wohnung sein. Ich suche also drei max. vier Personen, Paare, oder Kleinfamilie, die sich die Wohnung für den besagten Zeitraum teilen oder exklusiv mieten möchten. Wöchentliche Reinigung ist im Preis inbegriffen.
I myself am traveling and will therefore not be in the apartment. I am therefore looking for three max. four people, couples or a small family to share the apartment for the period in question or to rent it exclusively. Weekly cleaning is included in the price.
