ich möchte mein Zimmer für circa einen Monate, vom 14. Dezember 2024 bis zum 18. Januar 2025, untervermieten.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad, Küche und Balkon. Eine weitere Person wird in dem anderen Zimmer der Wohnung wohnen.
Mein Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles, was du brauchst: Ein Bett, ein Sofa, einen Fernseher, eine Gitarre, ein Klavier, einen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schreibtisch mit Monitor der benutzt werde kann. Du musst also nichts weiter mitbringen.
Mein Zimmer ist etwa 23 Quadratmeter groß, die gesamte Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 72 Quadratmetern.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550€.

I would like to sublet my room for one month, from 14th of December 2024 to 18th of January 2025.
The room is located in a 2-room apartment with bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Another person will be living in the other room of the apartment.
In my room is fully furnished and with everything you might need: A bed, a couch, a TV, a guitar, a piano, a wardrobe, and a desk. You don’t need to bring anything, as the room will be completely furnished.
My room is approximately 23 square meters, and the apartment has a total area of 72 square meters.
The monthly rent for the room will be 550€.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Alt-Treptow, das sich zwischen Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Neukölln erstreckt.
Die Wohnung liegt:
10 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Treptower Park (Ringbahn) entfernt.
5/10 Gehminuten von Edeka, Netto, Rewe und Lidl entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Der Bus bringt dich zum Rathaus Neukölln (U7) oder zum Hermannplatz (U7, U8) oder zum Ostkreuz.

Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr entspannt. Ich kenne meinen Mitbewohner mittlerweile seit über vier Jahren.
Wir sind zur gleichen Zeit nach Berlin gezogen und haben sogar das gleiche Fach im selben Semester studiert.
Oft machen wir Musik zusammen und teilen auch denselben Freundeskreis.

We moved to Berlin at the same time and even studied the same subject in the same semester.
We often make music together and we share the same circle of friends.
