RENTING THE ROOM ONLY FOR 3 weeks!
PLEASE CHECK THE DATES!
You will have your private room which has a very comfortable floor bed, reading table, tv and a small wardrobe and a book shelf. Electricty, water and Wifi is included in the rent, so is cleaning materials and basic needs like toilet paper and so on. I have a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen gadgets and you can use them too.
Kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony is shared.
The apartemnt is 3 min walking distance from kaufland, aldi, rossman, action, and public transportation.
We are looking for someone who keeps things tidy, clean and organised. Please send a short message about yourself and i will get back to you.
No anmeldung and no guests are allowed.
DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL SHARE THE APARTEMT ONLY WITH MY BOYFRIEND BECAUSE I WILL BE TRAVELING.
A little bit about ourselves: my boyfriend and I are working full time and my daughter (6years) lives with me 50% of her time. So its mostly chill at home. We listen to lot of music, I go out a lot during my free time.
We can organise a online viewing in case we cant manage a time to plan a in person viewing.
Nearest tram station with M5/27 is just 3 min walk. With M5 to Alexanderplatz directly you can reach under 30min. Also M17 in 6min walk. Several bus route option. There is a lake within 10 min walk. Very quiet neighborhood.
Since I am working full time, its important for me that guest keeps the home tidied and organised. I love to cook when i have time. We can definitely hangout over good food and wine. If you are new in berlin, i can help you reaching out to international woman community in berlin and other information on starting your life here. In past i had many guests who came to berlin to settle down and it was a great pleasure for me ro host them.
