Your home away from home includes: fully furnished bedroom (14sqm) - it has an double incredibly comfortable memory foam box spring bed, desk, office chair, large mirror, and closet. I can provide pillows, duvets and covers if you need it.
There is a shared living room has a smart TV, two big couches, coffee table, a large dining table for 6 and is a relaxing space with views over the garden.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a new washing machine.
The kitchen is new with a new large fridge, new microwave, oven and all cooking utensils.
There is also a large common garden/park out the back with lots of trees and seats.
There is a shared balcony out the front.
it is important to me that you respect the environment and apartment . The apartment is non smoking.

The apartment is located on the border of Alt Treptow/Neukölln and Kreuzberg right by the Ufer. The street and area is really quite and green with lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars.
There are 7 different supermarkets within a few minutes walking (Naukauf, Edeka, rewe, netto, Lidl, Bio supermarkt and Aldi).
There are 4 different buses (M43, 166, 171, 194) at the end of the street 1-2 minute walk. You can walk to U Bahn Rathaus Neukölln in 10 minutes or S treptow in 15 minutes. From the end of the street there are also direct buses to U8, U7, Ringbahn.
It is a 15 minute stroll to treptower park which is perfect for running.
You will be living with me, I am 35 originally from Australia but have been living in Berlin for 5 years. I'm happy to hang out sometimes but also enjoy my own space. I'm vegetarian but you don't need to be. I work from home Monday to Friday.
