Private Room available for long term lease (shared WG with myself and a small friendly dog).
The total space in the flat is 120m2 and is located in Hackescher Markt.
The room is bright and gets loads of sunlight, is approx 24m2 and you can furnish it however you’d like.
You will of course have access to the rest of the communal spaces such as living room, bathroom, kitchen. The common areas are fully equipped:
Kitchen: new coffee machine, pots and pans, airfryer, 2x refrigerators, oven and hob, and various appliances,
Bathroom: shower and bathtub, washing machine, storage cupboard
Living room: largest space in the flat with big TV, playstation, 2 sofas etc, and great view of the TV Tower.
I’m looking for a flatmate that is mature, clean and tidy, respects space and is a dog lover.
Cost per month is 1300 Euros, available from 1 July 2024. Bills/utilities/ cleaning are not included - this would be an additional (approx) 100 Euros per month.

Please note, you’re not just paying for a room - it’s half the flat (60m2) you will be “living in” (if you think about total communal space). The flat is located in a really nice area, has been recently refurbished and is well maintained.
