Da ich für 3 Monate beruflich in Basel bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer von August bis Ende Oktober unter. Das Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet und ruhig (und kühl!) zum Hinterhof gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 152qm und sehr geräumig mit viel Platz für alle.

As I will be in Basel for 3 months, I am subletting my room from August to the end of October. The room is fully furnished and quiet (and not too hot!) facing the backyard.
In total, the apartment is 152sqm with lots of space for everyone.
Perfectly located on Oranienburger Strasse in Mitte.

** U-Bahn 'Oranienburger Tor' 3 mins away
*** U-Bahn 'Rosenthaler Platz' 10 mins away
Supermarket (Rewe) 2 mins away
Lots of bars, restaurants, parks, museums, and sports facilities within walking distance.
Wir sind Ola (36) und Alex (35) und wohnen schon einige Jahre hier, und Alex Zimmer steht zur Untervermietung. Außerdem ist Dilara (29) kürzlich bei uns eingezogen, sodass es eine dreier-WG ist. Da wir alle Vollzeit arbeiten und Teilzeit das Leben genießen, sind wir viel unterwegs, unternehmen aber auch gerne was zusammen.
Auch wenn wir uns im Alltag nicht ständig sehen, ist es uns super wichtig, eine gute Chemie zu haben. Die wilden WG Party Zeiten liegen hinter uns, aber ein oder zwei Mal im Jahr können wir es nicht sein lassen.

We are Ola (36) and Alex (35) and have been living here for a few years, and Alex's room is available for subletting. Dilara (29) also moved in recently, so it's a three-person flat share. As we all work full-time and enjoy life part-time, we travel a lot but also enjoy doing things together.
Even though we don't see each other all the time in everyday life, it's super important to us to have good chemistry. The wild flat-share party times are over, but once or twice a year we can't resist.
Die Kosten und Nebenkosten für die Wohnung werden nach qm auf alle anteilig und transparent umgelegt. Ich nehme *keinen* Aufschlag für meine Möbel und würde mich freuen, wenn Du pfleglich mit ihnen umgehst.
Wir haben außerdem eine Putzhilfe, die 1x pro Woche kommt und die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber hält.
Bitte keine Anfragen ausserhalb der angegebenen Altergruppe, diese werden nicht beantwortet (!)

The costs and ancillary costs for the apartment will be apportioned proportionately and transparently to everyone according to square meters. I do *not* charge extra for my furniture and would be happy if you take good care of it.
We also have a cleaner who comes once a week to keep the communal areas clean.
Please do not submit inquiries outside of the specified age group, as they will not be answered (!)
