We are three women in our mid-20s, 30s and 50s respectively, working in or in related to academia, looking for a new flatmate to join our flatshare. As of the end of January, the youngest will be moving to a new country. While we get along really nicely, we are very considerate flatmates, understanding that everyone’s need for their personal space
The two remaining women have busy schedules, usually work long hours and tend to get up early(ish) in the morning. We value a quiet and peaceful living environment, but also enjoy casual encounters over a cup of coffee, once in a while cook or watch a movie together - absolutely without any pressure though.
In terms of infrastructure, one of us has a separate bathroom and WC, while the other would share the bathroom with the new tenant. This arrangement has worked well in the past without any problem.
Maintaining a clean and tidy living space is important to us. We clean up behind us so you do not have to clean other people´s pots before you start cooking your own meal.
If you are looking for a respectful and friendly flatshare with like-minded individuals we would be happy to meet and getting to know you.
Availability: from February 1st
For students without an income, I kindly request that their parents co-sign the contract with me. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I have had negative experiences in the past.
