The room is 20 sqm big. It has a north window, but the living spaces have a south window, so a lot of light all day!
It is furnished with the essentials (bed, closet, desk, bedside table and a chair), but you can remove or bring any furniture you want.
Short description: you can see the Rathaus from your window.
Long description:
It is in a very central location in Köpenick, there are all sorts of restaurants, bars, etc nearby. Within 10 mins of walking you will find the following:
- S47 station.
- Tram stops for lines 27, 61, 62,63 and 68, Bus: 162, 164 and 165. These they can take you to S3, S8, S9, S45, S46, S85 in 10 mins.
Some of these stops are only 2-3 minutes walking!
You can also walk to Lidl, Rewe and Penny in less than 10 minutes.
The Adlershof-Campus of HU is also very close (around 10-15mins with the tram). HTW, TH Wildau and others are also nearby.
But the best of all: the biggest lake and forest in Berlin are nearby!
You would be living with me, Foudil, a 25 y.o software engineer. I studied Medical Informatics near Bielefeld and I live in Berlin since a year and half now.
I work around half of the week from home, but on the weekends I'm often working as a volunteer teacher at a school, in Frankfurt Oder with my girlfriend, hiking, meeting with friends or hanging out with you! :').
I would like to create a WG where we both can feel home, so I am absolutely not interested in a Zweck-WG. Doing activities together or just having a chat over tea are very welcome from my side, but you can also have all the alone time you need, I would need that too sometimes.
Having a clean apartment is also something that is important for me. So, please only contact me if it's something that is important for you too (not just in theory).
If you are interested, please tell me something about yourself and then we can arrange an appointment for you to come and see the place.
