I'm subletting my room in a lovely flat right beside Klunkerkranich / Rathaus Neukölln Ubahn from now until 2 March (the room is available already, so the move in date can be whenever suits).
The room is 30m2 on the fourth floor with a balcony overlooking a quiet street (Erlanger Strasse). It has a big desk to work and a couch in the room too, plus space in the room for yoga, exercises etc, and a big double bed.
There is also a big sitting room, and a kitchen to hang out, plus a loft bed for any friends / visitors staying.
You would be sharing the flat with my wonderful flatmate Shona, who is an artist and runs a creative events agency. We are a sociable house and Shona is great for a chat but also very chill and will respect your space.
The flat has a Kaufland across the road, two Rewes 5 mins walks, and great food and bar options all around it. It's also a 10 minute walk to Tempelhofer Feld / Schillerkiez.
