The flat is located in a very leafy area and the famous KuDamm is a 5 minute bike ride away, the Grunewald and it lakes can be reached within 15 minutes by bike or bus. The room will be most suitable for someone who is looking for respite from the hustle & bustle. It is close to UdK and Free University,
I live here with my 12 year old son Miles , who spends every other week with his dad. We are used to having people stay with us and are very hospitable, throwing dinner parties, etc. I am self employed and also travel frequently, so occasionally one will have the spacious flat to themselves.
We used to have a dog, who sadly passed away a few years ago, so we would be open to a person bringing a dog.
