The room is available from 15th November till 30th December. The warm rent is 600 euro per month, so 900 euro in total for 1 & 1/2 months. For safety reasons we also take a 250 euro deposit.
The room is fully furnished (including a double bed), 20m² and has a large window facing the West with a great view over Berlin (from the 7th floor). Since it's facing the backyard it is really quiet all day through.
The flat is pretty cozy and has a great balcony on the East side.
The location is super central: the building is right in front of the M29 and just 5 min from the U-Bahn station Moritzplatz. There is an Edeka one block away and several other places to shop and eat in the area.
This is a 2-person WG.
You will be living with me, Marcos :) I'm 25 years old and I come from Argentina. I am currently studying English and Philosophy at the FU. That means I'm usually quite busy and I will be out most of the day, but I would enjoy spending time together cooking or having a beer :)
I'm vegetarian and my hobbies are reading, writing, playing chess and watching films. I speak Spanish, English, German and Portuguese.
This is not a party WG, we're looking for a calm, peaceful person. We also keep a cleaning schedule, nothing too crazy but we like to keep things orderly and clean :)
