We are renting out a room in our fantastic duplex 3 bedroom apartment. The room is completely independent from the rest of the apartment, with its own bathroom and doors to come in and out of. We are currently 3 people all males and working living in the apartment.
Note: most of us will be out of Berlin for most of December so you will likely get the whole apt for yourself :)
Location is ideal. Legiendamm with a nice park and lake in front. It is close to Koti but far enough from all the buzzle from nightlife (10 minute walk to U1/U3). In 30 minutes you can reach all of Berlin's prime tourist destinations like Alexanderplatz, so very ideal for tourists (15 minute walk to U2)
We are generally very relaxed, work until late and are looking for someone who can be a good fit for the apartment. Organization is key as we share common spaces and please treat the room with the utmost care. In general you can count on roommates for a nice chat or a movie night.

The process should be straight forward, 1 initial screening call, 1 call with other two roommates for approval and then finally we agree on a meeting location for the key handover. We alternatively have an outside lock, so we can leave the keys there if that works best.
