Ich bin im Urlaub um Vermiete meine Zimmer (auch die ganze Wohnung ist verfügbar, schaut mal in mein Profil).
Es geht um zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung:
1.: Das Kleine Zimmer, 12m2 und in super Ruhiger Lage zum Hinterhof raus. Voll ausgestattet. (An der Ausstattung der Zimmers kann sich noch etwas ändern, es wird aber alles da sein was man braucht). Der angegebene Preis von 500€ gilt für das kleine Zimmer inkl. allem. Dieses Zimmer kann auch langfristig (ggf. unbefristet) übernommen werden sofern wir uns gut verstehen.
2.: das Große Zimmer, ca 23m2. Es ist ebenfalls super ruhig zum Hinterhof heraus gelegen und voll ausgestattet. Die Fotos zeigen das Zimmer aktuell in recht chaotischem Zustand, mein Mitbewohner zieht gerade aus, vermietet wird es sehr viel reduziehrter (Schrank, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Stuhl, Bett) und ohne die persönlichen Gegenstände. Das große Zimmer kostet 650€ inkl. allem.

I’m on vacation and renting out my rooms (the entire apartment is also available – check out my profile).
The apartment has two rooms available:
The Small Room: 12m², located in a super quiet area facing the backyard. It’s fully equipped (the setup may change slightly, but everything you need will be provided). The listed price of €500 includes everything. For this room a extension for longer is possible, depending how we get along, an unlimited extension is no problem :).
The Large Room: Approximately 23m², also very quiet and facing the backyard. It’s fully equipped as well. The current photos show the room in a somewhat chaotic state, as my roommate is in the process of moving out. It will be rented in a much more minimalist state (wardrobe, clothes rack, desk, armchair, chair, bed) and without any personal items. The large room costs €650, all-inclusive.
Die Lage ist für alle die, die das Lebendige Berlin lieben, ideal. Mitten in Kreuzkölln zwischen Maibachufer und Hermannplatz gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Gefühlt hunderte von second hand shops und Bars, auch feiern gehen kann man in nächster Nähe - Ruhe und Entspannung gibts in den vielen Parks, dem Feld oder dem Mabachufer (5 min zu fuß entfernt.
Einkaufen geht im Lidel, Aldi, Penni, Edeka - alles easy zu fuß zu erreichen.
Öffis sind über Hermannplatz und Schönleistraße sehr gut zu erreichen (U7/U8, Busse).
Es ist ein wunderschöner Kietz und wie ich finde eine der attraktivsten Ecken in Berlin :).

The location is ideal for anyone who loves vibrant Berlin. Situated in the heart of Kreuzkölln, between Maybachufer and Hermannplatz, it offers everything you could wish for. With what feels like hundreds of second-hand shops and bars nearby, as well as plenty of nightlife options, there’s always something to do. For peace and relaxation, you can enjoy the many parks, Tempelhofer Feld, or the Maybachufer, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
Shopping is easy with Lidl, Aldi, Penny, and Edeka all within walking distance.
Public transport is excellent, with Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße stations providing access to the U7/U8 lines and various buses.
It’s a beautiful neighborhood and, in my opinion, one of the most attractive corners of Berlin. :)
Das WG Leben ist harmonisch und respektvoll, wenngleich es für die kurze Zeit natürlich an Dir/Euch liegt, wie ihr miteinander harmoniert. Gegebenenfalls findet sich auch keine 2. Person für den Zeitraum, dann hast du die Wohnung sogar ganz für dich alleine - mein Ziel ist es jedoch natürlich beide Zimmer zu vermieten.

The shared living experience is harmonious and respectful, though for the short time you’ll be here, it will naturally depend on how well you and any other tenant get along. If no second person is found for the rental period, you might even have the entire apartment to yourself. However, my goal is, of course, to rent out both rooms.
In dem Preis für das Zimmer ist alles mit dabei, inkl. high speed Internet. Außerdem ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet, es ist alles da, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wohnzimmer und Balkon.
Es ist keine Party WG und auch nicht für ausschweifende WG Partys gedacht. Bitte habt hierfür Verständniss:). Ausgedehnte Abende mit Freund*innen und diversen Flaschen Wein sind aber natürlich kein Problem.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist absolutes No Go, dafür gibts den Balkon.
Ich bin noch bis zum 23.05. in Berlin, ein Kennenlernen kann also in diesem Zeitraum problemlos stattfinden – alternativ ist ein Videocall/Facetime kein Problem 😊.

The price for the room includes everything, including high-speed internet. The apartment is fully equipped with all essentials: washing machine, dishwasher, living room, and a balcony.
This is not a party flat-share and isn’t intended for wild parties. I hope you can understand this 😊. However, long evenings with friends and a few bottles of wine are, of course, no problem.
Smoking in the apartment is an absolute no-go, but the balcony is available for that.
I’ll be in Berlin until 23.05., so it’s easy to arrange a meeting during this time – or alternatively, we can have a video call/Facetime 😊.
