Hi there,
I am in the process of moving out of my flat and I am trying to avoid paying double rent so I am making my spacious 20m room available in a 2 person WG starting April 1 for the whole month. We have it slightly furnished with a table and there is also a couch that functions as a nice twin-size bed. It is very comfortable. The whole flat is about 79 sqm, with a furnished kitchen, nice bathroom with a washermachine and another bedroom. The desk, mirror, shelf and chair will be moved out, but can be slightly negotiated depending on one's needs. The flat is bright and sunny, very spacious and well-connected in Britzer Damm. There is also a washing machine with a dryer function. This is a non-smoking flat.
The apartment is conveniently situated in Britzer Damm Street, in Neukölln district. The flat has a bus stop literally a short walk away like the 170, but I usually take the M44 which will take you to Hermannstraße S-bahn and U-bahn for all major connections. There's also the U7 Blaschkoallee stop that's a 10min walk from the flat. We're minutes away by foot to the grocery stores Edeka, kik, Penny, Rossman, and right next to a tasty Lebanese falafel/schwarma eatery (delicious and affordable). There's also a restaurant right across that sales delicious whole chickens yumm. A good thing to know is the Britzer Garten is a couple of bus stops away too! The flat is well maintained and in residential area, but still very accessible and connected to bustling Neukölln with great restaurant and cafe options.
Since we are leaving to our other flat, it'll be a transitionary phase. We are definitely open to some chatting in the kitchen, talking about interesting things and perhaps can go to a event if it suits our schedule. We aren't clean freaks but appreciate all the communal areas to be generally tidy. We do home office too often so we willl spend some time in the flat in between mvoing.
