I am looking for a female roommate for a beautiful, bright room with wooden flooring. The room is furnished (see pictures) and located in a sunny, south-facing apartment on the 3rd floor of the rear building.
The apartment features a newly installed bathtub, two toilets, a simple eat-in kitchen with an electric stove and dishwasher, as well as a DSL flat rate (50 MBit) with Wi-Fi.
The location is ideal—just a 3-minute walk to the Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, bars, museums, cinemas, supermarkets, and various public transport options.
