Die 170qm Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Hermsdorf (Reinickendorf) mit großem Garten, Terrasse, Pool und Feuerschale. Diesen teilen wir uns mit der tollen WG im Haus nebenan, bestehend aus 6 Wundervollen Menschen (zwischen 30 und 40 Jahren) mit denen wir uns um alles kümmern.
5 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Hermsdorf entfernt. (S1, 15 Minuten zum Gesundbrunnen und 30 Minuten zur Friedrichstraße)
- Helles, geräumiges Zimmer (ca. 20qm), möbliert oder unmöbliert zu haben. Kühlschrank kommt noch raus.
- 2 Bäder: 1 mit Dusche, 1 mit Badewanne
- großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin 🔥
580 Euro Warmmiete, inklusive Internet und Strom. Wir zahlen noch 50 Euro pro Kopf auf dem Mietkonto ein, um für die Betriebskostenabrechnung gewappnet zu sein
Wir suchen unbedingt jemand, der sich mit einbringen möchte und Bock auf Garten und Mitmenschen hat ❤️

We are a rave-sensitive 4-person WG consisting of myself (31), my husband (32), our 13-year-old son, my best friend (29) and 2 cuddly cats 😺
The 170sqm maisonette apartment is located in a House in Hermsdorf (Reinickendorf) with a large garden, terrace, pool and fire bowl. We share this with the great WG in the house next door, consisting of 6 wonderful people (between 30 and 40 years old) with whom we take care of everything.
5 minutes from the S-Bahn station Hermsdorf (S1, 15 Minutes to Gesundbrunnen and 30 minutes to Friedrichstraße)
- Bright, spacious room (approx. 20sqm), available furnished or unfurnished. Refrigerator is still coming out.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower, 1 with bathtub
- Large living room with fireplace 🔥
- 580 Euro warm rent, including internet and electricity fee. We put an additional 50 euros each in the rental account to be prepared for the service charge bill, but that's up to you
We are definitely looking for someone who wants to get involved and is keen on gardening and people ❤️
If you're put off by the child: he's 13, cool and actually hard to see 🧑💻
