I am looking for a new housemate to join my Clean, vegetarian (preferably), respectful, and harmonious home. While I will be away for a few weeks each month due to work , I am still seeking someone who values a well-maintained and safe living space.
About the Room & Rent:
* Size: 20 sqm – spacious & sunny
* Duration: 12 months ( to start )
* Rent: €640/month + €15 for household expenses
* Deposit: 3 months' rent
About the Apartment:
* Located in Kreuzberg (near La Maison)
* Shared with me, a Black queer person (though I will be away for a few weeks each month for work)
* Equipped kitchen & bathroom with bathtub
* Laundry machine & Wi-Fi included
Non-Negotiable House Rules:
* Vegetarian household (preferably)
* Weekly cleaning mandatory (preferably on weekends)
* Looking for someone who values a clean, calm, communicative, safe, and self-aware environment
