The room is 15m2 big, cozy and well equipped with the necessary stuff : double bed with good mattress , wardrobe , desktop and chair . You can also put your own furniture .
The house includes a big entrance, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub,spacious cellar and a green backyard with roofed bike-parking area. A big plus is all windows have automatic shutters (rather rare in berlin)
The apartment is very well located, near kudamm street the area is nice and secure , very near public transport.
4 min walk to bus station , subway station and 8 min walk to the s bahn S Charlottenburg .
Shopping facilities are in the nearby , 5 minutes walk to Rewe , Penny , 10 min walks to Aldi.
You will share the apartment with me , I work as a software engineer , I am calm a person , mostly outside.It would be nice to alternate between sharing time together and having our personal spaces .
