Hi there! I‘m moving out of the WG and looking for a person to take the room. As mentioned before you cannot register at this address.
The room comes with a couch, coffee table, two lamps, mattress (no bed frame), hanger for coats and bags, small (slightly broken) drawer, and chairs.
The rent €410/month is all inclusive (warm): heating, electricity, water, WIFI. The house is fully equipped with kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. We have a washing machine for clothes and a place to hang them to dry.
We split the cost of miscellaneous supplies or household products when needed.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation both S and U bahn. 2 min walk from Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz and an 8 min walk from Bundesplatz. If youre an FU student at the Dahlem campus it‘s a quick 10-15 min bike ride.

The girls who live here are very sweet and welcoming. We respect each others space and privacy :)
We don’t have a common room/dining room. Just a shared kitchen and we tend to eat in our own rooms!
