Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer für ca. 8 Monate möbliert, da ich ein Auslandssemester in Australien machen werde. Die Möbel, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, bleiben alle im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Größe von 26 qm sehr geräumig. Durch die große Fensterfront ist das Zimmer auch schön hell. Wir wohnen als 4er-WG in einer sehr wundervollen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Stuck an den Zimmerdecken. Es gibt 4 Zimmer, ein Badezimmer, einen Flur und eine Küche.
I'm renting out my lovely room for about 8 months, as I will be spending a semester abroad in Australia. The furniture, as shown in the pictures, will all remain in the room. The room is very spacious with a size of 25 square meters. Due to the large window front, the room is also nicely bright. We live as a 4-person shared flat in a wonderful old building with high ceilings and stucco on the ceilings. There are 4 rooms, a bathroom, a hallway and a kitchen.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Wir haben eine tolle Verbindung an den Nahverkehr - S-Bahn (Bahnhof Charlottenburg), U-Bahn (Wilmersdorfer Straße) und Bus sind gleich direkt um die Ecke.
Ebenso Supermärkte wie z.B. Lidl und Edeka befinden sich in Laufdistanz. Die Wilmersdorfer Straße ist auch nicht weit weg und hat ein großes Angebot an Läden zum Shoppen. Wenn man dort nicht findig wird, kann man schnell zum Kudamm fahren, der auch sehr in unserer Nähe ist.
Außerdem haben wir in der Nähe einen ganz tollen Kiez mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes.
The location is truly perfect. We have excellent connections to public transport - the S-Bahn (Charlottenburg station), the U-Bahn (Wilmersdorfer Straße) and buses are right around the corner. Supermarkets like Lidl and Edeka are also within walking distance. Wilmersdorfer Straße is not far away and offers a wide range of shops. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you can quickly get to Kudamm, which is also very close to us. Additionally, we have a great neighborhood nearby with many restaurants and cafes.
Wir sind eine sehr entspannte 4-er Mädels WG.
Ich stelle euch einmal kurz meine tollen Mitbewohnerinnen vor:
Amelie (23 Jahre):
Amelie ist erst kürzlich von Hannover nach Berlin gezogen für ihr Studium. Sie studiert zurzeit im Master Sprachwissenschaften an der FU.
Gaya (25):
Gaya ist gebürtig aus den Niederlanden und lebt seit 2 Jahren in Berlin. Sie ist schon fertig mit ihrem Studium und arbeitet im Eventbereich in einem großen Hotel in Berlin.
Camila (22):
Camila ist gebürtig aus Costa Rica und hat Business in Bremen studiert. Sie arbeitet nun nach ihrem Studium in einem Tech-Unternehmen.
Wir als WG unternehmen gerne sehr viel miteinander. Wir lieben es zu kochen, essen zu gehen, ins Kino, ins Gym, in eine Bar zu gehen etc. Daher sind wir auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden der auch gerne gemeinsame Zeit in der WG verbringt. Aber alles kann, nichts muss. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte und offene WG. Abends sitzen wir oft in der Küche, essen zusammen Abendbrot und quatschen über unseren Tag. Manchmal kann es auch passieren, dass man sich für ein paar Tage nicht sieht, weil alle viel unterwegs sind.
We are a very relaxed 4-girl WG.
Let me briefly introduce my wonderful roommates:
Amelie (23 years old):
Amelie recently moved from Hannover to Berlin for her studies. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Linguistics at FU Berlin.
Gaya (25):
Gaya is originally from the Netherlands and has been living in Berlin for 2 years. She has finished her studies and now works in the events department of a large hotel in Berlin.
Camila (22):
Camila is originally from Costa Rica and studied Business in Bremen. She now works in a tech company after completing her studies.
As a WG, we love doing a lot of things together. We enjoy cooking, dining out, going to the cinema, hitting the gym and going to bars among other activities. So, we are definitely not just a shared living arrangement for convenience and are looking for someone who also enjoys spending time together as a WG. But everything is optional, nothing is mandatory. We are a very relaxed and open-minded WG. In the evenings, we often sit in the kitchen, have dinner together and chat about our day. Sometimes, it can happen that we don't see each other for a few days because everyone is busy.

Da ich bald nach Australien fliege, suche ich schnell jemanden für mein Zimmer. Wir können die Wohnungsbesichtigungen gerne vor Ort sowie auch online machen. Als Student bin ich da uhrzeittechnisch auch sehr flexibel. Mir ist nur sehr wichtig, dass du als Person ordentlich bist und mit meinen Möbeln sorgfältig und gewissenhaft umgehst.
