Upper level has sofabed and sideboard. Total space 23 square meters. Apartment features fully equipped industrial kitchen (25m2) and 1 fully modern shared bathroom with shower, bathtub, washer and dryer. Apartment has well-separated bedrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. The room is available as of 1.1.2025. Rentals of 1 to 6 months are possible. For shorter periods, the charge is €350 per week all included.
Central location. You’ll find U1 and buses M19, M29, 110, X10 right outside. U9 is a 5 minute walk. Savignyplatz and Zoo Station are 10 minutes walking distance. Loads of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets (REWE open until 23:30) and shopping options around the corner. This street has about 10 art galleries.
You will live with me (work 25 hours away and about 15 hours home office) while my daughter is off working in USA. My other daughter will be moving out end of February.
