Hi there,
My cozy and sunny room will be available for sublet from February 26 to April 2 (dates are flexible)! The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a beautiful view in Wilmersdorf, just a 4-minute walk to S- and U-Bahn Bundesplatz (Ringbahn and U9). It’s also 10 minutes to Zoologischer Garten, 8 minutes walking to U7, and 10 minutes to U3.
The Room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.), and I’ll make sure to clear out most of my personal belongings. You’ll share the apartment with Hanna (26), a friendly and easy-going film director. The bathroom is brand new (renovated last year). The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’re welcome to use all the utensils.

Mein gemütliches und sonniges Zimmer wird vom 26. Februar bis 2. April (mit flexiblen Daten) zur Zwischenmiete frei! Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit schönem Ausblick in Wilmersdorf, nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der S- und U-Bahn Bundesplatz (Ringbahn und U9) entfernt. Außerdem sind es 10 Minuten bis zum Zoologischen Garten, 8 Minuten Fußweg zur U7 und 10 Minuten zur U3.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc.), ich nehme natürlich den Großteil meiner persönlichen Sachen raus.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Hanna (26), einer netten Filmregisseurin. Das Badezimmer ist komplett neu (renoviert letztes Jahr).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, und du kannst alle Utensilien frei nutzen.
