Es handelt sich um ein attraktive Zweizimmeraltbauwohnung, die komplett saniert wurde. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt in etwa 3,3 Meter. Alle Zimmer sind mit Parkett ausgestattet. Da die Zimmer nach Süden ausgerichtet sind, kommt immer viel Licht in die Wohnung. Im zu vermietenden Zimmer befindet sich ein großes Hochbett und Möbel.
This is an attractive two-room apartment in an old building that has been completely renovated. The ceiling height is approximately 3.3 meters. All rooms are equipped with parquet flooring. Since the rooms are facing south, the apartment always gets a lot of light. The room for rent has a large loft bed and furniture.
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten vom Ku'damm entfernt, trotzdem ist es hier sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Der Halensee befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß) und bietet die perfekte Gelegenheit für einen Spaziergang oder um im Sommer schwimmen zu gehen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Rathenauplatz von dem aus die Buslinien M19/M29 im fünf Minutentakt fahren. In 5 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß bei der Haltestelle S Halensee, die zur Ring gehört. Hier fahren außerdem noch viele weitere Busse.
The apartment is 2 minutes away from Ku'damm, yet it is very quiet here as it is located on a side street. Halensee is in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes on foot) and offers the perfect opportunity for a walk or a swim in summer.
Rathenauplatz is also nearby, from where the M19/M29 bus lines run every five minutes. In 5 minutes, you can walk to the S Halensee station, which is part of the Ring. Many other buses also stop here.
Beide Personen, die vorher in der Wohnung gewohnt haben werden zum 1.2 bzw 1.3 aufziehen. Damit wird die Person, die einzieht die Chance haben, sich den nächsten Mitbewohner selber auszusuchen.
