I´m renting out my spacious room in a cozy WG between the 5.May to 5.August.
I´ll gladly give you an online-tour around the flat :)
It´s a beautiful & cozy room with some plants and a piano, kitchen with everything equipped and bathroom in an Altbau-appartment.
You´ll have a sweet WG mate living with you. We are more the kind of people who meet in the evening once in a while but have our own daily life and work- no parties, no wild excess.
The rent is 510€ + 200 Euro Kaution.
The flat is very close to public transportation- Bus, S bahn and U bahn are basically all 2 Minutes away and you´re at the main trainstation within 12 minutes.
I look for someone who is clean and will remember to air out my mattress (cause it´s a special nature mattress that was the most expesive thing i ever bought but is worth every night spend on it! Non, je ne regrette rien!). Also it´s important to me that you don´t eat and drink in the bed.
