German: Es handelt sich um eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und voll möbliert. Es gibt einen Drucker, einen Schreibtisch, ein Doppelbett und ein aufklappfähiges Sofa, worauf auch gut Gäste schlafen können. Unten können auch Sachen gelagert werden. Zudem gibt es eine Kommode, zwei große Ikea Schränke und einen Kleiderständer. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad und eine gemeinsame Küche mit einem schönen gemütlichen Balkon. Alles ist vollständig möbliert. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und hell, da es auf der Seite des Hofes ist.
English: It is a 3 room flat. The room itself is 15 square metres in size and fully furnished. There is a printer, a desk, a double bed, a sofa that can be folded out, which is also suitable for guests to sleep on. Things can also be stored in it. Furthermore, there are also a chest of drawers, two large Ikea wardrobes and a clothes rack. There is a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with a nice cosy balcony. Everything is fully furnished. The room is very quiet and bright as it is on the side of the courtyard.
German: Diese Wohnung ist optimal gelegne für Studenten der Technischen Universität (TU). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 3 Minuten am Erst-Reuter Platz. Die U-Bahn Station Deutsche Oper und U Bahn Station Richard Wagner Platz sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wilmersdorfer Straße ist 15 Minuten entfernt. 20 Minuten vom Berliner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Rewe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es alles in der Nähe. Die Wohngegend ist sauber und ordentlich.
English: This flat is ideally located for students of the Technical University (TU). You can be at Erst-Reuter Platz in 3 minutes by bike. The underground station Deutsche Oper and underground station Richard Wagner Platz are a 7-minute walk away. Wilmersdorfer Straße is 15 minutes away. Rewe, shopping facilities are all nearby. The neighbourhood is clean and tidy.
German: Wir sind eine Frauen WG. Da ich für 9 Monate für ein Erasmus Auslandsjahr fahre, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Wir sind sehr international und sprechen Englisch, Ukrainisch und Deutsch. Eine Mitbewohnerinnen kommen aus der Ukraine und aus Irland. Wir sind keine Zweck-wg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gegenseitig gut verstehen und uns kennenlernen. Vor allem ist es uns wichtig, bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten ehrlich miteinander kommunizieren können. Sich in der WG wohl fühlen, und sich gegenseitig in schwierigen Zeiten zu unterstützen, spielt eine zentrale Rolle für uns. Zudem ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Da wir leider keine Waschmaschine haben, müssen wir das Geschirr einzeln abwaschen. (Hierbei ist es uns wichtig, die Küche nach dem kochen sauber zu hinterlassen). Wir sind sehr offen und lernen gerne neue Personen kennen. :)
English: We are a WG for only women. As I am travelling for 9 months for an Erasmus year abroad, we are looking for a new tenant for my room. We are very international and speak English, Ukrainian and German. One flatmate is from Ukraine and one from Ireland. It is important to us that we understand each other well and get to know each other. Above all, it's important for us to be able to communicate honestly with each other when we have different opinions. Feeling comfortable in the flat share, communicating openly and supporting each other in difficult times plays a central role to us. Cleanliness and hygiene is also very important to us. As we unfortunately don't have a washing machine, we have to wash the dishes all separately. (It is important to us to leave the kitchen clean after cooking). We are very open-minded and enjoy meeting new people. :)
Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock in einer Seitenstraße. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher und tierfreie Wohnung. Das Haus wurde ca. 1950 erbaut.
The house does not have a lift. The flat is located on the 1st floor in a side street. It is a non-smoking and pet-free flat. The house was built 1950.
