Large room with private balcony in a spacious and beautiful ~185 sqm 2nd floor Altbau apartment. Apartment has 3.5m high decorative ceilings and oak parquet floors throughout. The apartment is located 5 mins away from the “luxury” side of Ku’damm.
In practical terms, you’ll have semi-private access to ca. ~90 sqm2 of additional space (please see below). This includes a very large living room (with disco ball and Sonos surround sound), large master bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and secondary bathroom (shower), a large fully-equipped kitchen with a pantry and a moderately sized walk-in storage room.
The kitchen includes a high-end semi-automatic espresso machine that - with a little training! - can produce coffees better than Starbucks/Einstein etc. Specialist coffee (Bonanza/The Barn) optional.
Internal walls are thick thus the apartment is relatively noise-dampened. There is high-spec internet equipment granting high-speed internet coverage throughout. The building has an elevator and basement storage. Access to basic exercise equipment can be arranged (squat rack, barbell, dumbbell, resistance bands).
The room is unfurnished.

The apartment is like two large apartments stuck together. The primary tenant is from Ireland and he will reside in a mostly-separate “section”. Meaning he will only share the kitchen, storage rooms and main bathroom (only for laundry). Eventually there will be one additional tenant that will share this ~140 sqm2 the other “section” with you (search for this other tenant is happening at the moment as well). There is a 2-year-old Ragdoll cat in residence (as seen in my profile pic).
