Da ich für einen Monat in Urlaub fahre, wird mein Zimmer frei: Es ist ca. 22 qm groß, voll möbliert mit Schrank, Tisch, Bett, Klappsofa. Bettzeug & co. ist auch da. Auf dem Boden ist ein großer Teppich.
Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem bei gutem Wetter mittags die Sonne scheint. Dort haben wir auch recht viele Pflanzen, die ich Dich bitten würde in meiner Abwesenheit zu begießen - dafür darfst du dich auch gerne an den Tomaten und Kräutern bedienen.

Since I'm going on vacation for a month, my room is becoming available: It's about 22 square meters in size, fully furnished with a wardrobe, table, bed, folding sofa. Bedding & co. is also there. There is a large carpet on the floor.
There is a balcony where the sun shines at lunchtime in good weather. We also have quite a few plants there, which I would ask you to water in my absence - in return you are welcome to help yourself to the tomatoes and herbs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Mierendorffinsel in Charlottenburg, 5 Gehminuten vom Schloss und der Spree entfernt. Zur Ringbahnstation Jungfernheide sind es 10 min und zur U-Bahnstation Mierendorffplatz (U7) ca. 5 min. Außerdem verkehren zahlreiche Buslinien. In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, inklusive Wochenmarkt mittwochs und samstags, und sogar einem Foodcoop bio-unverpackt-Laden nicht allzuweit:D

The apartment is located on Mierendorffinsel in Charlottenburg, a 5-minute walk from the palace and the River Spree. It is 10 minutes to the Jungfernheide Ringbahn station and approx. 5 minutes to the Mierendorffplatz subway station (U7). There are some good restaurants and various shopping facilities in the area, including a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and even an organic unpackaged foodcoop store not too far away:D
Dein Mitbewohner für die Zeit wäre ein philanthropischer lateinamerikanischer Koch.
Da wir auch privat gerne kochen, ist die Küche mit wirklich allem dazu notwendigen ausgestattet. Aber auch Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind da.
An den Tisch in der Küche passen 4 Personen; für größere Zusammenkünfte bietet sich hingegen der große Tisch im Zimmer an.

As we also like to cook in our private lives, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The table in the kitchen seats 4 people, but the large table in the room is ideal for larger gatherings
Ich schlage vor uns zunächst in einem Videogespräch kennen zu lernen, und wenn danach immer noch alles passt können wir uns vor Ort treffen.
Sobald ich die Kaution habe, bekommst Du die Schlüssel. Wenn ich die Schlüssel wiederhabe und Du in der Zwischenzeit nichts in die Luft gesprengt hast, bekommst du die Kaution wieder zurück.
