Hey you! We recently moved to our new apartment located between Charlottenburg and Alt-Moabit, and are looking for a new flatmate!
We have a bright 10sqm unfurnished room available, with nice views of a backyard and isolated from the outside noise, so you can sleep properly :P
We have no living room since all the rooms are used, but we use the kitchen or our rooms to spend some time together. We have two bathrooms, the main one has a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub; the second one has a toilet and a shower, so no waiting times in the morning. You may see it is a pretty new apartment and there's still some furniture and lights pending to set up in the common areas, but by the time you move in, this may be different.
The area is calm and close to nice restaurants and cafes. And perfect for having nice walks around the Spree and Tiergarten.
We are 15' walk to Tiergarten UBahn, 20' walk to Beusselstr. SBahn., and less than a minute to Franklinstr. bus stop. Additionally, we have space in the backyard to keep your bike safe.
You’ll share the apartment with Florian (22), Jannik (26), and Alex (30), three friends who value a clean and respectful living environment. We’re all working and most of the time we do it from home. We also enjoy having nice moments together such as nice talks in the evening, going for a run, or making plans on the weekends :)
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and employed. And we really value open communication. Also if you like to unwind after a long day or occasionally share a meal with us, that will be a plus! Oh btw, text us with “Hola hola!” so we know you read the entire description ;)
