My friend is giving up her apartment, so I will rent her 2 room apartment near Charlottenburg. The room is around 23-25qm big and has a balcony. I will update the exact size in a few days here. There will be no furnitures in the room, so you can bring your own.
The apartment is in Charlottenburg, Goethestraße 80.
I am writing my master thesis soon, so I will be quite a lot at home. I work 1-2 days a week and like to go out on the weekends. During the week, I prefer to cook at home and try out new meals. Ideally you also like to cook, so we can share our meals and learn from each other ;) But this isn't a must. I am student of Audiocommunication and -technologies, so I have some music equipment, which I use in my free time. If you are also into music, this would be a big plus!
The contract would be until summer 25' first, because I am not sure what will happen when I am done with my master studies. So maybe we can extend the contract or maybe you can also be the main contract holder, in case I will move to another city.

Everything else we can discus from face to face.
