I offer you here a fully furnished, modern furnished shared room (20 square meters) in the center of Charlottenburg. The room is located on the top floor (5th floor) and faces the courtyard. The equipment of the room includes:

- Large closet with sliding doors and lighting

- Smart TV capable television from LG
- Bose music box (Bluetooth or Airplay)
The apartment is about 60 square meters in total, has a new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). There is also a washing machine and dryer available.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Charlottenburg in der Nähe der Kantstraße und nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Savignyplatz. Auch der Kurfürstendamm kann in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die nächste S-Bahn Station (Savignyplatz) liegt nur 5 Laufminuten entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und sogar eine Einkaufspassage liegen in direkter Nähe von der Wohnung. Es gibt praktisch nichts, was man nicht schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann.

The apartment is located in the heart of Charlottenburg near Kantstraße and only about 5 minutes walk from Savignyplatz. Kurfürstendamm can also be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the door. The nearest S-Bahn station (Savignyplatz) is only 5 minutes walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and even a shopping arcade are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. There is practically nothing that you can not reach quickly on foot.
Dein Zukünftiger Mitbewohner heißt Tomás, ist 25 Jahre alt und kommt aus Portugal. Er macht aktuell seinen PHD im Bereich Wasserstoff hier in Berlin. Ich habe mit Tomás nun gut zwei Jahre zusammengelebt und kann nur sagen, dass er wirklich ein toller Mitbewohner ist! Er ist ordentlich und ruhig, aber wenn es passt auch immer für eine Unterhaltung zu haben. Tomás spricht fließend Portugiesisch und Englisch. Außerdem lernt er nun seit einiger Zeit Deutsch und freut sich daher sehr über jede Gelegenheit dies weiter zu verbessern.

Your future flatmate is called Tomás, is 25 years old and comes from Portugal. He is currently doing his PHD in hydrogen here in Berlin. I've been living with Tomás for a good two years now and can only say that he really is a great flatmate! He's tidy and quiet, but always up for a chat when the mood strikes. Tomás speaks fluent Portuguese and English. He has also been learning German for some time now and is therefore happy to have any opportunity to improve this further.
Bei der Gesamtmiete handelt es sich im einen all-inclusive Miete. Das bedeutet, Heizung, Strom und Internet sind damit abgegolten. Eine Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes ist selbstverständlich möglich.
