There is 1 room available for rent in our shared apartment from January 26th. The room is east oriented with a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning (and some thick curtains if you want to sleep), better to see in person.
In the appartement live 3 people with who you will share the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. All utilities are included (electricity, heating, wifi etc.)
The flat has an amazing location, between S Bahn Charlottenburg and Adenauerplatz, it's just a 5 minute walk to the train station and Ku'damm strasse is also only 5 minutes away, there are lots of shops, restaurants and spatis open long hours and the area is very lively yet quite.
This is an artistic and professional WG, where we often enjoy each others company and spend time together. It is very important to be a clean and tidy person that knows how to take care of a flat and turn it into a home.
We are collaborative and like to support each other on our projects, so we are looking for someone that would also enjoy this kind of interaction and specially if you are a musician, painter or artist of any kind.
