As my mate is leaving Berlin for a longer period of time he's giving away his room. In total the room has 30 m2 and is equipped with a doubled bed, an adjustable working desk, a high quality working chair, two PC screens, a large couch, a big closet.
The room would be already available from 01.03.25.
Registration would be possible.
You are welcome to feel like at home and use all the furniture that it has.
The flat was completely refurbished and the toilet and kitchen are like 2 months old. In general we have everything that a normal household has.
The flat is located in the back yard so it is really quiet and you don't hear anything from the street.
