Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Mein Zimmer wird für die Zeit von März bis Juni (4 Monate) frei das Zimmer ist möbliert. Mein Zeug habe ich schon rausgenommen (theoretisch ist es jetzt schon frei). Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gelegen wodurch es dort immer schön ruhig ist.
Die wohnung ist auch sonst mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, d.h. du bräuchtest im prinzip nur deine tasche und voila - bienvenido a Berlin!
Die Lage ist super, mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10min an der TU oder UDK.
Supermarkt, Ubahn (u7 mierendorffplatz) sowie falafel,pizza und kneipe sind alle in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Ringbahn Jungfernheide teleportiert dich in windeseile in quasi jeden winkel dieser Stadt. Der Schlosspark um die Ecke lädt zum Spazieren, Laufen oder einfach zum relaxen ein.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Andre und Sofian.
André ist Ingenieur, der momentan ein Sabbatical macht, er ist eher der Ruhepol bei uns. wenn er zeit hat zockt er gerne, einem bierchen nie abgeneigt.
Sofian ist ebenfalls Ingenieur der aber in der Eventbranche unterwegs ist. Nebenbei baut er VW Busse zu Campervans um, die er vermiete. Er kocht gerne ist in seiner Freizeit gerne in der Natur oder auf Reisen und sonst relativ vielseitig interessiert.
Beide sind ganz entspannte, umgängliche Leute - ganz nach dem Motto leben und leben lassen.
wir treffen uns gerne mal in der küche um bei einem wein oder bier zu quatschen und zu essen. Ich bin mir sicher ihr werdet euch gut verstehen!

My room will be available from March to June (4 months) – it’s fully furnished, and i already took my stuff out. (technically already available)
The apartment has everything you need, so basically, you’d just need to bring your bag and voilà – bienvenido a Berlin!
The location is great – by bike, you can reach TU or UDK in 10 minutes. Supermarket, subway (U7 Mierendorffplatz), as well as falafel, pizza, and a pub are all just 2 minutes away. The Ringbahn (Jungernheide) beams you anywhere in the city in just an blink of an eye. The Beautiful "Schlosspark" is also just around the Corner which is great for walks, runs or just relaxing
You’d be living with André and Sofian.
André is an engineer currently on a sabbatical – he’s the chill one in the flat. When he’s got time, he likes gaming and is always up for a beer. Sofian is also an engineer, now working in the event industry. If he finds time he converts VW buses into campervans (actually pretty nice ones) that he rents out. He loves cooking and spending time outdoors or traveling.
They are both pretty relaxed, easy-going guys – very much live and let live vibes. We like hanging out in the kitchen now and then, having a chat over a beer or wine. I’m sure you ll get along well!
