Ich verreise 1 Monat und suche für diese Zeit einen Zwischenmieter. Silvesterparty ist allerdings nicht erlaubt.
Das Zimmer hat 3 Fenster und einen Erker. Es ist möbliert mit Doppelbett, Recamiere, Schreibtisch und Kommode. Der zugehörige Kleiderschrank ist im Flur.
Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist sehr schön, mit Parkett, hohen Decken und warmen, lebendigen Farben. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.
Im Preis ist alles enthalten (Internet, Strom etc.).
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Beide Mitbewohner legen Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich ist.
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min zu Fuß
S Charlottenburg: 5 min mit dem Fahrrad
Zum Joggen: Schlosspark Charlottenburg (nur 1 km entfernt).
Einkaufen & Shoppen: Fußgängerzone (Wilmersdorferstr.) mit Supermärkten und allen möglichen Geschäften und Klein-Restaurants um die Ecke.
Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man auch spät nachts unbesorgt heimkommen kann.
Mitbewohner:
- ein super netter Italiener (29), der seinen PhD in theoretischer Physik macht und an der Uni arbeitet (Sprachen: Italienisch und Englisch)
- eine junge berufstätige Deutsche (28), die in Skandinavien Kommunikation studiert hat und ebenfalls sehr nett und kommunikativ ist.
Das Miteinander: Unabhängig, aber mit Zusammenhalt und wir plaudern gerne zusammen :-)
Es ist eine internationale WG für Berufstätige (keine Party-WG), und wie gesagt, nur für Nichtraucher.

I will stay for 1 month in Italy and sublet my room during this period.
Important: No new year´s eve party in the flat permitted.
The room for rent has 3 windows, including a bay window. It is furnished with a double bed, a chaise longe, a desk and a chest of drawers. The wardrobe is in the corridor.
The flat is a beautiful, renovated "Altbauwohnung" with typical high ceilings, parquet etc. and warm, vivid colours. The flat is fully equipped, so that you should find everything you need.
The price covers everything (internet, electricity etc.).
We prefer our flat to be clean and tidy.
Location:
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min
S Charlottenburg (-> Potsdam, Alexanderplatz): 5 min by bike
The Castle Charlottenburg with its park is close by (1 km) and perfect for jogging. There is also a pedestrian shopping area (Wilmersdorfer Str.) within 5 min by foot. There are several supermarkets, small restaurants etc. around.
The zone is very safe, so that you can walk around at late night without any danger.
Flatmates:
Italian guy (29) doing his PhD in Theoretical Physics, working full time at university: super nice and considerate.
A German young professional (28), with a master in communication. She has spent several years in Scandinavian countries, is very nice, soft and communicative.
We prefer an atmosphere of independence that at the same time feels warm and open for blabla.
You should feel comfortable speaking English at home.
Please note that it is not a party-WG.
