The flat is located on the third floor. The room is about 17 square meters and has a window facing north, but it is also facing the backyard, which makes the room super quiet.
There will be some furniture left, that could be taken over for following prices (VB/up for discussion) if wanted.

The balcony is used by all of us with respect to the boundaries of the person using the room - my door is usually open though :D We share a good-sized kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.
We live right by U-Bahn-Station Mierendorffplatz (7 minutes by foot) on the Mierendorffinsel, meaning the block is surrounded by water and we have beavers!. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, UDK is not far off resulting in quite a few nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Thilo (25, studies sound engineering and works at a homeless shelter) and Pauline (25, psychologist, working with kids and kinda seeing where it goes) live here. Thilo spends a lot of time following his passion for music and working night shifts and is usually down to discuss the definition of anarchy.
Pauline likes to chat most of the time, when not she is either doing yoga or taking care of her plants.
We have been living together for a while now and always spent quite a bit of time together in the kitchen drinking coffee or beer. We are both smokers and do smoke indoors in a designated, ventilated space, but if you do not like the smell of smoke this flat is probably not the right one for you.
We absolutely do not want to have a Zweck-WG, but rather want a respectful and wholesome friendship vibe in the flat. So if u like to hang out and live together as almost a family - this should be ur happy place :) Our old wg-doggo is sadly moved out with their respective roommate and we would love the get another furry addition to the flat - no requirement though, just greatly appreciated.
We do plan on having a „3-month trial period“, after which we would like to have a large check-in with everyone in the flat, about how well the living together is working.
