I rent a spacious, beautiful room (with balcony) from now for about 2-3 months - move in date: immediately possible.
Plus from 1-31 january I also rent my smaller room (where I live right now) as I will be travelling to India for a yoga training for january - move in date: january 1 - january 31.
The larger room is spacious, partly furnished and has a balcony - the rent is 550 Euro / month.
The smaller room is also furnished (but no balcony) - its rent is 490 Euro / month (only january possible!).
At the moment I can guarantee the (larger) room for only 2 - 3 months as I do not know exactly how my life develops at the moment. At some point I will probably need both rooms again as I am planning to use the big room myself for setting up a place for tantra-massages (I work as a tantra and meditation teacher). But it is not absolutely certain - it may also develop in a way that I will actually travel and will then actually sub-rent both rooms. So I cannot promise anything longer than til end of february for the large room.
Of course you can use the kitchen, the bath, washing machine and everything else in the apartment.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible for such a short period, so if you need a registration, this is unfortunately not for you.
Apart from these points I am rather very easy and uncomplicated to live with. 🙂
