3-Person Shared Apartment with Diana and Christine
Since I (Alex) have recently moved in with my girlfriend, I am renting out my old room. The total size of the apartment is approximately 145 sqm, and the room for rent has a total size of about 21 sqm.
The apartment includes:
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 double room (living room and dining room)
• 2 bathrooms (a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a smaller bathroom with an extra toilet)
• 1 kitchen
• 1 hallway
• 1 balcony
The kitchen is bright, with a large window, and fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). A washing machine is also located in the kitchen.
The balcony gets sunlight in the morning, and it offers an open view overlooking a canal of the Spree River.

3er WG mit Diana und Christine
Da ich (Alex) aktuell mit meiner Freundin zusammengezogen bin, vermiete ich mein altes Zimmer. Die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung beträgt ca. 145qm und das zu vermietende Zimmer hat eine Gesamtgröße von etwa 21qm.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- 3x Schlafzimmern,
- 1x Doppelzimmer (Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer)
- 2x Badezimmern (einem sehr großzügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein kleines Badezimemr mit einem exta WC)
- 1x Küche
- 1x Flur
- 1x Balkon
Die Küche ist hell mit einem großen Fenster und komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, etc.). In der Küche befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Auf dem Balkon scheint morgens die Sonne und er Blick nach draußen ist frei und blickt auf einen Kanal der Spree.
Our bright and spacious old building apartment is located at:
Einsteinufer 63, 10587 Berlin Charlottenburg.
The apartment is situated in close proximity to Ernst-Reuter-Platz, making it conveniently near many universities (TU, UDK, SRH, etc.).
Two of my favorite places in Charlottenburg, Tiergarten and Savignyplatz, are also within walking distance.
Additionally, the apartment is right by a canal of the Spree River, offering views of greenery on one side and a friendly courtyard on the other.

Die Anschrift unserer hellen und geräumigen Altbauwohnung ist:
Einsteinufer 63, in 10587 Berlin Charlottenburg.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Ernst-Reuter Platz, und somit direkt neben den vielen Universitäten (TU, UDK, SRH, etc.).
Der Tiergarten und der Savigny Platz, sind zudem einer meiner liebsten Orte in Charlottenburg und fußläufig erreichbar.
Des Weiteren liegt die Wohnung direkt an einem Kanal der Spree und somit schaut man aus der Wohnung direkt ins Grüne und zur anderen Seiten in einen freundlichen Hof.
The WG-Life in the shared apartment is relaxed. Christine and Diana are both very busy with their jobs and are often out and about. Therefore, we are ideally looking for a roommate who is also established in their professional life.
However, this doesn’t mean that the WG should or will become a purely functional one. We’re looking for someone who’s on the same wavelength and can represent me well as a roommate ;-)
Diana and I both work in the renewable energy sector and enjoy spending time in nature. Sailing is currently a big interest for both of us. Even though I no longer live in the apartment, I used to love running or jogging, which is perfect here since the Spree Canal leads directly to the Tiergarten. The running route is absolutely beautiful, and I’m happy to share my running tips with you ;-) I also used to do other sports like Muay Thai and yoga. Diana enjoys spinning.
Christine only recently moved into the apartment, so it’s best if you discover her interests yourself.

DEUTSCH
Das WG-Leben ist relaxed und Christine und Diana sind beide berufsbedingt sehr beschäftigt und auch sonst viel unterwegs. Insofern sind wir daher bevorzugt auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner, der ebenfalls im Berufsleben angekommen ist.
Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass die WG hier eine Zweck-WG ist oder werden soll. Vielmehr sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner der auf unserer Wellenlänge ist und mich ebenwürdig vertritt. ;-)
Diana und ich arbeiten beide in der Branche der Erneuerbaren Energien und sind gerne in der Natur. So steht aktuell segeln bei uns beiden Hoch im Kurs. Auch wenn ich nicht mehr in der WG wohne, bin ich sonst gerne Laufen/ Joggen gewesen, was wunderbar geht, da der Spree Kanal direkt zum Tiergarten führt. Die Laufstrecke ist dementsprechend sehr, sehr schön und und ich teile gerne meine Lauferfahrungen mit Euch ;-) Daneben habe ich noch anderen Sport gemacht wie zum Beispiel Muay Thai und Yoga. Diana geht gerne zum Spinning.
Christine ist ebenfalls erst kürzlich in die Wohnung eingezogen und am besten findest Du ihre Interesse. selber raus.

Some of the pictures are not 100% up-to-date (for example, the kitchen wall has been repainted). In my opinion, the apartment looks even better in real life, and I think an apartment is something you need to experience for yourself ;-)

P.S.:
Teils sind die Bilder nicht 100% aktuell (so wurde zum Beispiel die Wand in der Küche gestrichen). Meiner Meinung nach sieht die Wohnung in echt nochmal besser und ich finde eine Wohnung muss man auf sich auch wirken lassen ;-)
