Hallo liebe Zimmer Suchende,
ich biete mein Zimmer für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich Anfang September ins Ausland gehen werde. Du würdest dann also mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Frida zusammen wohnen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß mit einem angrenzenden Balkon (der gleichermaßen von meiner Mitbewohnerin genutzt wird). Wir wohnen zwar im Hinterhaus, deshalb ist es nicht sehr hell aber die Spree liegt direkt vor der Haustür, da kann man wunderbar sitzen und verweilen. Das ist gerade im Sommer besonders schön. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung recht klein aber super gemütlich. Falls ihr Interesse habt, könnt ihr gerne mal vorbei kommen und euch selbst bei einem Kennenlernen davon überzeugen.
Die U7 Station Richard Wagner Platz ist direkt um die Ecke und die S Bahn Station Wilmersdorfer Straße wie auch die Ringbahn Station Westend sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar (10 bis 20 min)
