The room is very beautiful, spacious, and bright, with lovely dark parquet flooring. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. It is located on a quiet, wide side street that is bright and lined with trees. The Lietzensee is within a 3-minute walking distance.
Moving in might be possible earlier, depending on an agreement with the previous tenant.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, groß und hell, schönes dunkles Parkett. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, hohe Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad. Die Wohnung liegt an einer nicht stark befahrenen Seitenstraße, die schön breit dadurch hell ist, von Bäumen gesäumt. Der Lietzensee ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Einzug evtl. auch schon früher möglich je nach Einigung mit dem Vormieter.
Sehr gute südost-Lage, sehr hell, Nähe zur Kantstrasse. In der Nähe sind unzählige Cafés und Restaurants. Öffentliche Nahverkehrsverbindung optimal.
Wir alle (w+w+m) haben kreative Berufe, sind aufgeschlossen und versuchen trotz vieler Arbeit das Leben zu genießen. Kochen gerne zusammen und laden auch Freunde dazu ein. Wir halten die WG sauber und ordentlich trotz Kochabende und manchmal auch ne Party und nehmen auf die anderen Rücksicht, damit jeder durchs Zusammenleben mit den anderen viel Positives erfährt. Wir suchen jemanden, die zu zu uns passt, aufgeschlossen und positiv ist und die eine Bereicherung für unsere WG-Atmosphäre sein kann.
We all (f+f+m) have creative jobs and we are trying to build a cool, easy going WG where everyone respects the needs of the other and where therefore we don't need any rule list of cleaning the kitchen or a food list for the fridge. Cooking together, going out or spending the night talking or listening to music - or just everyone doing their own stuff - in a good atmosphere and with respect.
