Dies ist ein 15qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er-WG im ersten Stock eines Wohnheims. Es ist voll möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und viele Schubladen, sowie Heizung und ein Ventilator. Es gibt eine geräumige und voll ausgestattete Küche, die wir uns zu dritt teilen, und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, das auch Platz für deine Sachen hat. Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Wasch- und Trockenraum im Gebäude, in dem man für 1-2 Euro seine Wäsche waschen kann, vor allem morgens, wenn sie nicht viel benutzt wird.

This is a 15sqm room in a 3er-WG in the first floors of a student dorm. It's fully furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, and a lot of storage space, plus heating and a fan. There's a spacious and fully equipped Kitchen that we share between the 3 of us, and one bathroom with a shower with space for your things as well. We have a common washing and drying room in the building where you can go do your laundry for 1-2 euros, especially in the morning when they aren't used much.

Das Viertel ist Fennpfuhl in Lichtenberg in der Nähe von S+U Frankfurter Allee (5min mit Tram), S Storkower Str. (10min zu Fuß), und 2 Tramhaltestellen in 3-5 min zu Fuß. Es ist eine sehr grüne Gegend mit mehreren Parks in der Nähe, einem Lidl und Rewe direkt um den Block, und andere Geschäfte, Kioske, Fitnessstudios usw. in der Nähe. Das Zimmer blickt auf eine interne Straße, die sehr ruhig sein kann, aber es gibt eine Schule davor, so dass die Kinder an Wochentagen etwas laut sein können. Das Fenster ist sehr gut geeignet um es ruhig zu halten, und da es Winter bald wird, denke ich nicht dass du es normalerweise offen haben wirst :)

The area is Fennpfuhl in Lichtenberg near S+U Frankfurter Allee (5min with Tram), S Storkower Str. (10min Walk), and 2 Tram stops at 3-5 min walks each. It's a very green area with multiple parks around, a Lidl and Rewe just around the block, and other shops, kiosks, gyms and what not close by. The room points towards an internal street which can be very silent, but there's a School in front, so during weekdays the kids can be a bit noisy. The window works great to keep it silent though and since it's winter, I don't think you'll have it open usually

Dies ist eine 3er-WG, die du mit Tim & Martin teilen wirst. Die studieren an der HTW/FU und sind generell coole und freundliche Leute. Die Atmosphäre ist mehr wie eine Zweck-WG, bei der jeder draußen in der Stadt mit seinen Sachen beschäftigt ist; aber immer noch freundlich und offen um gemeinsam etwas zu tun, wenn es für alle passt. Im Moment haben wir keinen festen Putzplan, aber das funktioniert zurzeit gut. Wir erwarten nicht, dass du ein Sauberkeitsfreak bist, aber wir suchen jemanden der schon generell organisiert und sauber ist.

This is a 3-People flat which you will be sharing with Tim & Martin. They are students at the HTW/FU and in general chill and friendly people. The atmosphere is more of a Zweck-WG, with everyone out in the city busy with their things, but still friendly and down to do stuff together if it works for all. At the moment we don't have a set cleaning plan but it's working well. We don't expect you to be a cleanliness freak, but we're looking for someone who's organized and clean.

Wie schon erwähnt, handelt es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim, das NUR für immatrikulierte Studenten einer Berliner Universität zur Verfügung steht. Es ist auch nur ***kurzfristig*** verfügbar vom 03/03 bis 06/04
Das Studentenwerk benötigt eine Kopie deiner Immatrikulationsbescheinigung + Kopie deines Ausweises, um einziehen zu können und den Untermietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich
Die monatliche Miete (warm) beträgt 332€ bzw. 375€ Gesamtmiete für den Aufenthalt (35 Tage). Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (332€)

As mentioned this is a student dorm and ONLY available for registered students at a berlin university for a short term period from the 03/03 til 06/04
The Dorm would need a copy of your immatriculation certificate + copy of your ID to be able to move in and sign the sublease contract. Anmeldung is possible
The monthly (warm) rent is 332€, i.e. a total rent of 375€ for the 35 days. The deposit is one month's rent (332€)
