Das Haus hat Aufzug, Garten, ein Fahrrad- und normalen Keller, alles was man zum Leben so braucht.
Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist eine 104 m2 top-sanierte Altbau-Wohnung im 3. Stock. Das Bad ist frisch renoviert mit Badewanne, die komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche (15m2) hat genügend Platz, um zu chillen, essen und Freunde einzuladen.
Das Zimmer hat 20m2 und geht zur Nordseite, also schöne Abendsonne. Langer Flur mit Stauraum. Es hat hohe Decken, Holzfußboden, Zentralheizung, 2 Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Breslauer Platz.
3-mal wöchentlich gibt es dort einen Markt. Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Weinläden, Cafés und Buchhandlung in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Optimale Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn, u9 und s1 in 5 und 10 Minuten Fußnähe.

Wir sind Pierre und Nico, zwei beste Freunde seit der Schulzeit. Nach ein paar Studienjahren im Ausland sind wir letztes Jahr zusammen mit unserm anderen besten Kumpel Kristian eingezogen. Leider verlässt er uns am 1. April. Deswegen suchen wir jemand sympathischen, der in unsere WG passt.
Ich (Nico) bin 28 und studiere Französisch und Geschichte auf Lehramt im Master. Ich bin Erzieher und arbeite in einer Schule. In der Freizeit geh ich gerne zum Sport und chille sehr gerne auf dem Balkon. Pierre ist 29 Jahre alt, hat sein Studium letztes Jahr beendet und arbeitet jetzt als Sounddesigner in einem Kinostudio.
Zum WG Leben: wir chillen wir viel miteinander. Es kommt aber mal vor, dass der eine Me-time braucht, dann wird das auch respektiert. Generell ist es eine sehr familiäre WG, deswegen suchen wir jemand, der gerne das WG-Leben mit uns teilen möchte. Wir leben gerne ruhig, hier ist unser Rückzugsort. Daher ist es keine Party-WG.

We are Pierre and Nico, two best friends since our school days. After a few years of studying abroad, we moved in with our other best mate Kristian last year. Unfortunately, he's leaving us on 1 October. That's why we're looking for someone nice to fit into our flat share.
I (Nico) am 28 and currently studying to become a french and history teacher in the master degree. I am an educator, i am working in a school. In my free time I like to go to the gym and chill out on the balcony. Pierre is 29 years old, finished his studies last year and now works as a sound designer in a cinema studio.
As for living in a flat share: we chill out together a lot. But sometimes he needs some me-time, and we respect that.
