Hi! 👋 I am subletting a 22m2 room - 750 euros warm in our WG. I'm looking for someone to share the good vibes with in this amazing city.
Room includes a bed, dresser and desk, and a shared balcony. Apartment was recently rennovated, so everything is in good condition.
Living room has a large sofa and dining table. Espresso machine included. ☕️
Location: Friederichshain near Straßmanstr (Richard-Sorge-Str). Flat is a spacious 112 m2 with a shared living room.
Move in and move out dates flexible.
Well-connected to restaurants and bars in the area and major U-bahns.
4 minutes walk from the M10 tram (Staßman str.) and 9 minutes to the U5 (Weberweise)
3 minutes walk from an Edeka, 10 minutes to a REWE and a bit further is an Aldi.
It's an 15 minute walk to Volkspark Friederichshain and 18 minute trip to Boxhagener Platz and all the bars and restaurants there. And of course connection to other parts of town.
Your flatmates include Justin, American startup founder working in AI and living in Berlin since 2020. Previously did his PhD in neuroscience and lived in Thailand, Guatemala, Israel and Sweden and enjoys dancing, baking focaccia, guitar, and travel.
Guillaume, 24, French, works in marketing for a climate tech startup and enjoys making travel plans to other cities, is always into good dinners and makes some delicious crêpes and quiches.
We have a fourth bedroom which is currently used as a workout room and guest room.
So we will be balancing professional life with exploring the Berlin cultural scene. We enjoy cooking together, sharing a beer or wine, and are mindful of private space.
