Meine Mitbewohnerin geht für ein paar Monate ins Ausland, weshalb ich für sie eine weibliche Untermieterin suche.
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und voll möbiliert, wobei die Schränke und Regale größtenteils freigeräumt sind damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast. Falls dort nicht alles reinpassen sollte, haben wir im Flur oder auch in einer Abstellkammer noch etwas Platz, wo man zum Beispiel Koffer unterbringen kann.

My roommate is going abroad for a few months, so I am looking for a female subtenant for her.
The room is 14m² in size and fully furnished. Most of the cupboards and shelves are cleared so that you have space for your things. If you can't fit everything in there, we have some space in the hallway or in a storage room where you can put suitcases, for example.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Berlin-Lichtenberg, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Tierpark entfernt, von wo aus man in 15 Minuten beim Alexanderplatz ist. Des Weiteren ist man in ca. 10 Minuten bei der Bushaltestelle für die Linie 194, mit der man in ca. 15 min beim Ostkreuz ist.
In 10 - 20 Minuten Entfernung gibt es in allen Himmelsrichtungen Supermärkte wie Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Lidl oder Kaufland.
An der U-Bahn-Station Tierpark gibt es zudem DM und Rossmann oder auch Postbank / Sparkasse.

The apartment is located in the Berlin-Lichtenberg district, about a 15-minute walk from the Tierpark subway station, from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. Furthermore, the bus stop for line 194 is about 10 minutes away, which takes you to Ostkreuz in about 15 minutes.
There are supermarkets such as Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland within 10 - 20 minutes in all directions.
There is also DM and Rossmann or Postbank / Sparkasse at the Tierpark subway station.
Wir sind eine ruhige und entspannte Zweck-WG, in der wir alle Wert auf Rücksichtnahme und ein angenehmes Zusammenleben legen, daher gibt es bei uns keine großen Partys oder laute Abende.
Aber wir können auch sehr gerne mal zusammen etwas kochen oder unternehmen, wenn du das möchtest, ich bin für vieles offen :)

We are a quiet and relaxed functional flat share, where we all value consideration and a pleasant coexistence, so there are no big parties or loud evenings with us.
But we can also cook or do something together if you like, I'm open to many things :)
Hier ein paar Dinge die vielleicht / vielleicht auch nicht noch interessant für dich sein könnten:
Wir haben schnelles Wlan und die Kosten dafür sind schon im Mietpreis mit drin. Außerdem haben wir eine Espressomaschine und einen Airfryer in der Küche. Unsere Waschmaschine hat auch eine Trocknerfunktion. Unsere Wäsche hängen wir im Flur auf, aber falls du dich damit unwohl fühlst haben wir noch einen extra Wäscheständer den du entführen darfst. Dinge wie ein Bügeleisen haben wir bei Bedarf auch.
Das Putzen organisieren wir mittels eines Putzplans der in der Küche hängt. Wir wechseln uns jede Woche bei den drei Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche, Bad, Flur) ab.
Falls du noch Fragen zu irgendwas hast, immer raus damit :)

Here are a few things that might / might not be of interest to you:
We have fast wifi and the costs for this are already included in the rental price. We also have an espresso machine and an air fryer in the kitchen. Our washing machine also has a dryer function. We hang our laundry in the hallway, but if you feel uncomfortable with this, we have an extra drying rack that you can take away. We also have things like an iron if required.
We organize the cleaning using a cleaning schedule that hangs in the kitchen. We take turns every week to clean the three common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway).
