The apartment is located in Berlin Friedrichsfelde (Lichtenberg) on a quiet street. It's only a 15-minute train ride from the nearest U-Bahn station (Friedrichsfelde) to Alexanderplatz. Overall, the apartment is very well connected by buses, trams, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn. Shopping facilities in the immediate neighborhood include Netto, Rewe, Aldi, and Rossmann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Friedrichsfelde (Lichtenberg) in einer ruhigen Straße. Bis zum Alexanderplatz ist es von der nächstgelegenen U-Bahn Station (Friedrichsfelde) lediglich eine 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt. Internet, Zentralheizung, Waschmaschiene und Spülmaschiene sind vorhanden.
Es gibt außerdem für die musikalisch Interessierten unter euch ein Klavier in der Wohnung, was gerne mal wieder bespielt werden möchte.
Das Zimmer ist zunächst bis Ende Mai verfügbar. Über eine potenzielle Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses können wir uns Anfang Mai unterhalten.
