Ich vermiete 2 Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer Wg nah am Görli. Ein Schlafzimmer (8m2) und ein Wohnzimmer (20m2). Das Wohnzimmer wird nicht geteilt und ist somit dein eigener Raum.
Du wirst mit meiner absolut netten Mitbewohnerin Alena wohnen, vom 2. Jan- Ende Februar/März.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich für dunkle Wintertage und ist mit einem Beamer ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für Remote work, Pärchen und Tiere sind auch willkommen.

The flat is located in a very cozy lively neighborhood close to Görli.
Highlight is the home cinema for dark winter nights!
If you have a pet or you are a couple this would be the perfect place. But also if you just wanna spent a lovely time here alone, it feels like an oasis in this busy kiez.

Die Wohnung liegt nah am Görlitzer Park in einer wunderschön ruhigen Straße. schlesisches Tor und Gòrlitzer Bhf sind jeweils 7 mins weit weg.
The apartment is located close to Görlitzer Park in a beautifully quiet street. Schlesisches Tor and Görlitzer Bhf are both 7 mins away.
Wir sind sehr entspannte ruhige Menschen und suchen jemanden, der ruhig, rücksichtsvoll und nett ist :)

Alena is a very nice roommate with many interests and I am a designer, philosophy student & bartender. I am leaving the flat for 2 months and wanna rent it out for that time.
