Wenn du ein gemütliches Zimmer in zentraler Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Fernsehturm suchst, dann auf jeden Fall! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenheim, da ich für ein Auslandssemester wegziehe. Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß, sehr hell, möbliert und befindet sich in der 11. Etage, was den Ausblick umso besser macht.
Die Möbel umfassen ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank – alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen und Arbeiten braucht.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen und freundlichen WG mit 3 anderen Studierenden, die ebenfalls unkompliziert und nett sind.

If you're looking for a cozy room in a central location with a fantastic view of the TV Tower, then definitely! I'm renting out my room in the student dorm because I'll be moving abroad for a semester. The room is 14 m², very bright, furnished, and located on the 11th floor, which makes the view even better.
The furniture includes a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe—everything you need to feel comfortable and work.
The room is in a quiet and friendly shared apartment with 3 other students who are also easygoing and nice.
Die Lage ist ideal: Das Studentewohnhheim liegt in Friedrichshein-Kreuzberg. Der Ostbahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was dir eine perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nah- und Fernverkehr bietet. Außerdem sind Supermärkte wie Netto, Rewe und Penny ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt, was den Alltag super praktisch macht.

The location is ideal: The student dorm is in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Ostbahnhof is just a 5-minute walk away, providing perfect access to public transport. Additionally, supermarkets like Netto, Rewe, and Penny are also only 5 minutes away, making everyday life very convenient.
Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehören eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine gemütliche Sitzecke, wo man gemeinsam Zeit verbringen kann. WLAN, Waschmaschinen und Fahrradstellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate zur Verfügung (ab sofort). Es gibt jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, danach unbefristet zu mieten, falls du langfristig Interesse hast. Die Miete beträgt 520€ und enthält bereits alle Nebenkosten (inkl. Strom, Wasser und Internet).

The room is available for subletting for 6 months (starting immediately). However, there is also the possibility to rent it indefinitely afterward if you are interested in a longer stay. The rent is €520, which includes all additional costs (including electricity, water, and internet).
