I’m Nazli, 26, originally from Antalya, Turkey, and have been living in Berlin for three years. I study painting at Weissensee Kunsthochschule Berlin and am currently working on my diploma thesis. I enjoy yoga, mindfulness, cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with friends. I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a cozy, welcoming home where we both feel comfortable.
About the flat:
It's a modern 60m² apartment on the 5th floor, located just 5 minutes walk from the canal, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and markets. The flat has a shared living room with an open kitchen, my room, a bathroom, and your unfurnished room (12m²) with a balcony. The rent is €575 warm with 600€ deposit, and it’s available from October 15th. There’s also a bike garage, a Kellerraum (storage room), two elevators, and nighttime security.
What I’m looking for:
I value cleanliness, shared responsibility, and open communication. It’s important to me that shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom are kept tidy. While I enjoy a friendly atmosphere, I also respect personal space—this is not a party flat but a place to relax and recharge.
A few things to note:

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
